Charlotte was raised in the Houston area and attended college at Texas State University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management. But don’t think she’s a newcomer to Brazoria County– growing up Charlotte spent summers and holidays here with her grandparents and cousins. After college, the live oaks and the coast called her back to raise her family here.
Charlotte’s professional passions include guiding buyers through the process of finding their first home, as well as using her interior design skills to help buyers and sellers alike. Outside of work she enjoys exploring the outdoors, challenging herself through fitness, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two young boys.
Julia Jackson was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. Her passion for equestrian and the country life brought her to Texas where she received her Bachelor’s from Baylor University. She first launched herself into the real estate world while working for an apartment living community while in college. After graduation, she married her husband who was born and raised in Brazoria County. They were first customers of Goolsby Properties when purchasing their first home in Brazoria. Julia later received her Realtor license from Champions School of Real Estate and became a full-time Realtor. She chose Goolsby Properties because of what they are known for; they maintain a personal relationship with their clients and communication is always key. As a Realtor, Julia brings creativity, honesty, excellent communication, and patience to the table. She prides herself with an eye for design and finds a thrill in decorating and staging to bring out the best in every home
To know Lisa is to know her passion for helping others. She works hard to make sure each and every client has an enjoyable experience while helping them achieve their real estate goals. Lisa‘s strong understanding and knowledge of the area can only come from someone like herself, born and raised in Brazoria County. Prior to discovering her passion for real estate, Lisa enjoyed raising her two sons and dedicated 28 years of her life to serving others through her work in a compound pharmacy. After almost 3 decades in the health care field, she decided to expand on her love for real estate and received her real estate license through Texas A&M Commerce in 2013. Lisa helps each client just as she would a member of her own family, and cherishes the friendships she’s created. She says there’s no better job than helping people move on to the next chapter in their lives, whether they’re finally moving up to that dream home or purchasing their first home in which to grow their family.
Born and raised in Texas. I have lived in Brazoria County for 26 years. I moved to the West Columbia/Angleton area in 2009 where I married my husband. We have 2 amazing daughters, one a recent college graduate and a 1st grader along with 4 fur babies- Molly, Sadie, Lucy and Sassy. I spend most of my free time with my family and friends, going to the gym, camping, playing with my daughter, or watching movies.
Several years ago I dreamed of becoming a Real Estate Agent. I’ve always had a passion for real estate, it started with looking at real estate sales books and viewing homes online. I’ve worked in property management and the mortgage industry. I needed more and that is when I decided to take my next step and begin my career in Real Estate. I love helping people and my dream is to help make others dreams come true. I’m a believer in you get what you give. In this competitive field of work I hope my passion for helping others leads me on a successful journey. I’m so excited for my new career and look forward to serving my community!
